How soon can you come out?
Usually within the week, often sooner. We group visits by town, so tell us where you are and we'll find the earliest slot on that route.
Do you charge for a reading?
We'll tell you the price of the visit when you book, before anyone comes out. If you go ahead with an install, we explain how that visit is handled on your quote.
Can I just ask a quick question?
Yes. Call and ask. Plenty of calls end with us telling someone they don't need anything.
Do you work weekends?
Saturday mornings, by appointment. Sundays we're closed.
Do you cover my town?
If you're in San Mateo County between Millbrae and Redwood City, or on the coastside near Half Moon Bay, almost certainly. Give us the address and we'll confirm.
